Throughout Mexico, local food stands and restaurants used cooked chorizo in burritos, chorizo con huevos, choriqueso, pizza, tacos and tortas. Corizo con huevos is a popular Mexican breakfast of scrambled eggs and chorizo stuffed into breakfast burritos, tacos and taquitos.
